Family Cougar Connect
Newsletter #6 October 21, 2022
Dear Families,
We have had an eventful week with conferences, the recent impact of the smoke, celebrating Unity day, and participating in the great shake out. Our hope is that you were able to learn about how your child is experiencing school and growing social emotionally and academically. Please continue to have conversations with our classroom teachers about how you can support growth for your child at home. It takes a village to raise our future creators, we cannot do it without you!
While this month has brought unexpected weather and air conditions, we are starting to experience fall-like mornings and moving into next week we anticipate some rain and cooler weather. Please make sure your child is dressed for the weather and brings a coat/jacket in case it rains or becomes cold. Recess will generally be outside, even when it gets cold or rainy.
We look forward to celebrating school spirit week, kicking off on Monday as well as the start of Diwali.
