Zumba Fitness session on Tuesday's 6:30pm

New to working out, Need some extra Spice in your workout??? Then Zumba(r) Fitness is for you!!! You can lose weight and Feel great by Dancing to the hottest International songs. Great for ALL fitness levels!!! No dance experience needs! Just be ready to have FUN!!!!!


10 week session begins January 5th, cost $40 per session/ $5 per class

**NEW** KettleBell APMD on Fridays 6:30pm

EveryDaie Fitness teamed up with Gladiator Fitness to bring Kettlebell AMPD taught by certified instructor Keisha Butts. Kettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves, and combines them into 60 minutes of calorie torching fun! Each song will focus on a main area, while still maintaining a whole body workout, cue the music, making the workout fun, and you will be begging for more! Just bring a mat, a towel and lots if water!!!!

Saturday Community Zumba(r) Class at 9:30am

That's Right! If Tuesday wasn't enough, there is a Saturday Zumba class

for ONLY $3 per class!
