Just like this flyer the Preamble is a brief introductory statement of the constitution's fundamental purposes and guiding principles. The seven articles of the constitution Is about the organization of the states government, just like how this flyer will be organized.

The preamble is the opening of the statement of the constitution, and the preamble helped explain why the constitution was written. The preamble doesn't assign powers to the government or give any limitations on decisions.
