Peace on Earth
December 14, 2017
We wish all of our students, parents, staff, faculty, and friends a wonderful and peaceful holiday. Whether this means a "Merry Christmas," a "Happy Hanukkah," a "Joyous Kwanzaa," or a "Ramadan Kareem," we hope that your season is filled with love and laughter, family and friends, and all the joy your heart can hold.
Remember that no matter what you are celebrating, the true spirit of this season lies within you all throughout the year...the ability to lift others, to share a kind word, to show compassion and charity, to accept and appreciate differences, and to spread peace, joy, and a giving heart. Have a wonderful break...see you in 2018!
P.S. Want to kick off the season with a song? Join us tonight for our winter choral concert! The concert begins at 7:00 p.m. (admission is free).

Top Talent
One of our talented students, Emily Mah, was chosen as an "honorable mention" recipient for the AENJ's contest for Youth Art Month. Emily's "Building Community Through Art" design has been selected for use as the YAM t-shirt design, which will be given to all students whose work has been selected to be a part of of the 2018 YAM State Exhibit! Because of this outstanding achievement, Emily has been invited to the State Youth Art Month Reception in March, where she will receive an award and see her design on display.
Congratulations, Emily!
