If you don't like to just drink water it is also in many foods. Such as... watermelon, lettuce, oranges, yogurt, strawberries, cucumbers, broccoli, and many more. You can also get water from juice. Pop is not a good substitute for water!

WHY DO I NEED WATER?

You need water for many reasons. You need it for chemical reactions in your body, to sweat/get rid of wastes, and to control your body temperature. With out water you can be in serious trouble. But too much water can be bad too. Drinking too much water is less likely than not drinking enough...DRINK WATER FOR THE BETTER!!
