Your Technology Dept. has been extremely busy this summer and we wanted to take a minute to share some important information with you.
Technology help for start of school
If you are in need of technology help at the beginning of school there are several different ways that you can obtain it...
- Click the Technology Help Information link below to access help documentation on everything from creating shortcuts, accessing your U: drive, troubleshooting Chromebook carts and much, much more.
- Click the Technology YouTube link below to see videos on many of the same topics that are covered in our help guides.
- Submit a Helpdesk request using the Eduphoria system. If you are new to the district and need help with this you can watch a YouTube video we have created on the process. Click here to view the video.
- During the first week of school call Technology and speak to a Technician. The number is (936)435-6900. This option will only be accessible during the first week of school.
Removal of Printers
In case you missed the video that was sent this summer, HISD has taken a new approach to how we print/copy/fax and scan. Here is a link to the video that explains how this process is going to work, and the benefits we have gained from making this change.
Have you changed schools/departments
If you have changed schools/departments you will need to update your Eduphoria profile. If you do not update your profile, you will not be able to see the options in Eduphoria that are specific to your new location. If you would like to watch a video on this process please click here.
