Regents Boosters Available for Living Environment and Earth Science
Check out the new Regents Booster Books for Earth Science , Living Environment and Chemistry. All students have FREE online access until January 25th. We also have several print copies which students can check out. Each book features a key concept on one page with a regents question which reviews the concept on the following page.
Engage Your Students with Lightbox Books
Have your students review for finals with our Lightbox Interactive Books. These books combine slideshows, quizzes and keywords, all within the same interface. We have books in science, social studies and English. To explore our collection, click on Destiny Discover and search for "Lightbox." Sample a Lightbox Interactive book. To check out a book in our collection use your DOE user name and password. If you would like to assign the book to your students to read, see me for the password and user name.

Animal Cells

Buddhism

Chancellor's Day Opportunities
Chancellor's Day, January 28th, offers a wide array of opportunities, too many to list here. Many have deadlines up until January 27th so there is still time to register. See the list on the I Teach NYC page. There is a wide variety of offerings, covering science, business, technology, writing and drama. Some museums which are offering classes are the Museum of Chinese in America and The Museum of the City of New York .
American Museum of Natural History
The American Museum of Natural History has great educator programs and family programs too. On Feb. 18th-19th you can participate in: The Investigating Climate Change with the International Ocean Discovery Project. This program is FREE and you earn 12 CTLE credits.
