Get Your Spirit Week Costumes Ready!

Spirit Week is a fun week on all our campuses. The teachers and staffs at each campus will submit names of students each day that they think had an exceptional costume. The student with the most nominations will be that day's winner.

The daily winners will then go on the ballot for the Overall Spirit Week Winner!

Great prizes for the daily winners and for the Overall Spirit Week Winners at each campus!!

Dragon Wellness

Is your child getting the sleep they need to be at their best? According to the CDC, students should get the proper amount of sleep at night to help stay focused, improve concentration, and improve academic performance. Children and adolescents who do not get enough sleep have a higher risk for many health problems, including obesity, type 2 diabetes, poor mental health, and injuries. They are also more likely to have attention and behavior problems, which can contribute to poor academic performance in school. We as caregivers can lead by example by modeling habits that promote good sleep. We can set bed times, and implement media curfews to encourage better sleep as well. Let’s put away those phones, dim the lights, and sleep well tonight, Dragons!
