Open House is held during Spring Semester. Parents, students, and family members are invited to visit classrooms during the event. Students can show their families what they've been doing in class, introduce them to their teachers, and are welcome to visit any classroom. We hope your visit to our classrooms will give you a glimpse of all the hard work and effort by our students and faculty during the school year.
February 7th will be a minimum day. School will be dismissed at 2 p.m.
Emergency Reporting
In an effort to further increase safety and security at Mt. SAC ECA,, our team has adopted Titan HST as our exclusive emergency reporting and broadcast platform.
You will be enrolled to use the Titan HST emergency mass-communication system for free. I highly encourage everyone to download the Titan HST mobile app free of charge and log into the Titan HST web portal to ensure that all emergency notifications are received quickly and redundantly. If you choose not to download the Titan HST App, you will still receive notifications via Text Message, Email and Robo-Call, but will not have the redundant network connectivity offered by the Titan HST application, which includes Cellular and Wi-Fi connections, as well as, in certain conditions, even when all Cellular and Wi-Fi networks are overloaded, down, or out of range.
Download the Titan HST mobile app free of charge by clicking here for iPhones and here for Android. Note, you will need to know your Apple ID & Apple ID password to download the iOS application.
Once you have downloaded the Titan HST mobile App:
Parents:
- Enter your email address when prompted and select “I don’t know my password”
To log in via the Titan HST Web Portal and receive notifications on your desktop:
- Go to www.titanhst.com
- Select Login located in the top right side of your screen. *Please use the free Google Chrome web browser, and accept push notifications on the initial login to receive push notifications on your desktop.
- Click the following link, to add the Titan HST Google Chrome Extension, which will enable you to receive desktop notifications even if Google Chrome has been shut down.

What is the PSAT?

Associate Degree for Transfer
Is your ambitious Mt. SAC Academy student interested in earning an Associate’s Degree? Come to our information session on Wednesday, February 19th at 5:00 PM led by the Mt. SAC College Counselors. You and your student will learn more about the differences between an Associate’s Degree and an Associate’s Degree for Transfer, required courses, and Special Admit. See you there!
Tutorial Time
Eligibility for eSports, Orienteering, Robotics, etc.
To participate in extra/co-curricular activities, a student must meet the following criteria based on grades and citizenship marks from an official grading period report. Grades and citizenship marks will be checked after teachers have submitted them, and the registrar has conducted a verification. Eligibility periods will begin on the Monday following verification.
Eligible
- Minimum 3.0 unweighted GPA
- Passing all classes with a "C" or higher
- All Citizenship marks "O" or "S"
- In good standing with the Tardy Policy
Probationary
A probation period is available to some students who are not eligible. Probation will last for one grading period only. A student is allowed a total of three probations during their four years of high school. To be eligible for Probation, the following criteria must be met.
- Student must be passing all classes with a "C" or higher.
- Student must have been Eligible prior to using Probation.
- Student must be in good standing with the Tardy Policy.
Ineligible
If a student does not meet minimum Eligibility requirements, and they are not eligible for Probation, they will be deemed Ineligible. Ineligible students will be removed from their activity. They will not be able to travel with their teams/clubs or be on the field of play during games/competitions.
These guidelines affect participation in (but are not limited to) the following Extra-Curricular Activities: all Team Sports, Clubs, ASB, and Class Officers.
