Happy New Year!

Hello fabulous, PCs! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season full of your favorite things. B. J. and I got to take a trip home to VA to see family and friends, and it was simply the BEST! Looking ahead to the new year, I have decided to bring on some assistance as my business continues to grow and I do not want you, my preferred customers, to ever feel less than taken care of. Please read below for details about my new Customer Account Manager, Tracy Scott. She will be helping to manage your orders as I am taking some time to focus on working with my business partners and expanding my base nationwide. Tracy is an amazing worker and a awesome friend, and I know she is going to take outstanding care of you during this season!

*Introducing Our Customer Account Manager*

Ok, y'all, let's welcome my good friend, Tracy Scott to my R+F team! Tracy was born in Massachusetts and grew up in Glendale, CA. She has been married for 23 years and is an amazing mama to her two precious boys. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English from UCLA and was a First Vice President of Investments at Morgan Stanley for 20 years before moving to Merrill Lynch and then retiring early to stay home with her babies (one of whom is pictured above - one of my favorite students at VCS, Tyler). Needless to say, I am THRILLED to have her on board, and I know she is going to do outstanding work.

Tracy will be managing your orders and accounts from now until the end of May to help make sure customer service stays high and communication stays open as I work to expand my business. She will be contacting you as your orders are approaching just as I would normally do, so please add her on Facebook or accept her friend request to make it easy for her to contact you. If you prefer to be reached by email or text, she already knows that and will contact you accordingly. Please be sure to get back to her promptly as she will be editing your replenishment orders or delaying them as the case may be for that month. If she hasn't heard back from you after two attempts at contacting you, your order will run for whatever you previously purchased since that's what will be in your cart, so please reply when you see her messages! (Remember, the company reminds you that it is coming up also, so you'll really have had three points of contact.)

You are still my beloved Preferred Customers, and you are ALWAYS welcome to reach out to me with product questions/concerns/etc, and I hope you will! I am not abandoning you, I am just handing over this administrative piece to free me up a bit as I continue to build my business. If you are looking for a recommendation for something new or have questions or concerns about what you are currently using, please still contact me as Tracy will ONLY be handling replenishment orders. I am excited for this new step and she is a fabulous addition to my team!
