Components of physical fitness

Health related components of fitness

There is in total five components of fitness and they are Muscular Endurance, Muscular Strength, Cardiovascular Endurance, Flexibility, and Body Composition. Each one of these components are use in exercise as a way to measure the health related attributes.

Skill Related components of fitness

skill related fitness focus on the skill related parts of health to work on and to improve performances in sports such as agility, speed, power and four more ones that focus on skill not health
