Important Reminders!
Here are a few reminders for next week:
- Our ABC Bootcamp fun finishes next week with letters Y-Z
- On Friday, September 30th we will be doing a letter fashion show with Mrs. Gunter's class to show off one letter to the other kindergarten classes. The kids will be asked to design a paper bag vest with items that represent their letter. The paper bag vests will be sent home ON MONDAY. See below for your letter, this way you can start looking for items to cut out and glue on the vest from the Sunday paper, etc
Please have all vests back at school on or before September 29th!

- We will be visiting the Book Fair on TUESDAY! If you would like for your child to shop for books you can send in cash or a check made out to Scholastic (please put a spending limit on the memo line instead of filling in an amount to allow for tax, etc). The fair will also be open late next Wednesday and Thursday during conferences if you would prefer to shop with your child.
- Wishlist item... BAND-AIDS!!! We would LOVE some more boxes of band-aids to cover our many, many bumps and scrapes!
- Our field trip to INK is Monday, October 3rd. Please log-on to your My Payments Plus account to pay for the field trip by September 28th. Parents are welcome to join us at INK for the field trip, you can just meet the bus there!
- I am excited to see everyone at conferences next week! Don't forget the kids will be dismissed at 12:50pm on Wednesday and Thursday!
Cylinder Bats!
We made some cylinder bats to decorate our room next month! The eyes were circles and the fangs were squares that we cut into triangles!
