What is a Math Flip Grid Challenge?

Watch and listen for the secret password on some of our videos and earn a prize!
Step by Step Directions:
2. Click "Login with Google".
3. Each student will need to log in with his/her Life School email address (first name.lastname@lifeschools.org). Flipgrid will prompt your student to enter his/her password. Students' passwords will be the last 4 digits of their local ID. (Your child's local ID is on the other side of this newsletter.)
4. Choose a video to watch and watch as many as you can!
5. Once you watch a video, click on the plus sign to make a video response. (See below for some ideas.)
6. If you watch at least 6 or more videos and complete a video response for those 6, you will earn a prize from your grade level teachers when we return from Spring Break! WOOHOO!
7. You can always watch more than 6!

What should your video responses look like?
1. Click the + sign and record a video response.
2. Say "Hello" and give your first and last name and your grade level.
3. Give your answer to the question posed to you in the video.
4. Some videos have secret passwords, so be sure to record those passwords to get credit for watching and responding. For those videos that don't have passwords, we can still see your response and give you credit for watching and responding.
After Spring Break
Things to Remember:
2. You can always download the FlipGrid app from your app store on your phone or tablet device. It makes it super easy for on the go video watching and video responses!
3. Your teacher will give you your Life School email and passwords written above on this newsletter, so look for that to help you get into our Flip Grids!
