Information for Quarantined Students!
Assignments - Students should have their CCPS-issued device (iPad or laptop) with a charger at home. Teachers will post assignments on Google Classroom. They will also be available via email and can speak with a student via phone or Zoom if needed during the teacher's planning period.
Google Classroom
Username: lastname.firstname@ccpsstudent.org
Password: (school) lunch number (no space)
Tutoring - Quarantined students in need of help with assignments may connect with a tutor at the school. Zoom links for tutors may be found on the student’s Google Classroom.
Elementary School: 4:00 to 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, beginning Thursday, September 23
Middle school hours: 3:00 to 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, beginning Thursday, September 23
High school hours: 3:00 to 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, beginning Monday, October 11
Guidelines:
Join the Zoom early so teachers have enough time to help you.
If a teacher is with another student, they may message you to wait a few minutes, ask you to join at a later time, or work with multiple students at a time.
If there is a day a teacher is unavailable, the sheet will say “Unavailable” and the date, next to the teacher’s name - log in the next day for help.
Internet Access - If your home does not have internet access (to connect with Google Classroom), a Kajeet Smartspot may be available through the school. If the device does not enable connectivity, please contact the school.

Yearly Student Emergency Forms- Now all online
CCPS uses an online form (no paper!) to verify or update student information through the PowerSchool Parent Portal. The process typically takes less than five minutes per student, and allows families to verify that all of the student's data is correct and provide updates for any important data that has changed. This process replaces the old paper form sent home in previous years. Parents, please check your email for this information from:
Please note: If the student’s address has changed, proof of residence will be required. This may be uploaded through PowerSchool or provided directly to the school.
