What Is The Scientific Rveolution
The Scientific Revolution is the new way of thinking of the new world. The Scientific Revolution is when all the scientists came up with all their theories and equations. It made people more aware of their surroundings and more interested in science and astronomy. The four main people involved in this was Nicolaus Copernicus, Johannes Kepler, Galileo Galilei, Issac Newton.
Geocentric Theory
Geocentric Theory is the theory that all the planets including the sun and the moon revolved around the world.
Nicolaus Copernicus
Nicolaus Copernicus was born in 1473 and was a mathematician. He discovered that the sun was in the center of the solar system and that the planets including the earth revolve around it.
Johannes Kepler
Was born in 1571. Kepler received basic training from the "magister". He became known for his mathematical skills and theoretical creativity.
Galileo Galilei
Galileo Galilei was born in 1564 and was the the central figure in the scientific revolution in the 17th century. His studies are still in debate after over 360. The church did not like him because he threatened the existence of the church. the scientific method is observing, measuring, experimenting, formulating, testing, and making a hypothesis.
Issac Newton
Issac was born in 1642. He attended Cambridge University in 1661. He discovered gravity when he was sitting under a tree and an apple fell on his head.
