TLT Update
This week in TLT we revised our School Goal and Yearly Cluster Goals based on our NWEA Data. Below is a copy of our new goals which will be shared with you during the Data Meeting on October 4th.
Learning Walks
TLT members shared the purpose of Learning Walks, norms, and forms developed during the Grade Level PLC Meeting on Tuesday afternoon.
Our purpose: To gather great ideas from Waterford’s professional teachers for the purpose of self-improvement in order to promote collegial conversations that solidify our school culture.
Norms:
1. Be professional
2. Slip in and out quietly
3. Cell phones for pictures only
4. Avoid distracting teachers and students
Your grade level representative will be sharing this information with you and then gathering more information in order to solidify the Learning Walk Procedures at their meeting in October.
Please do hesitate to ask if you need further clarification or you have questions.
