Why Join?

This class is designed for students (male and female) to receive a high intensity workout four days a week. Students of all fitness levels will be accommodated. Students will engage in rigorous exercise that will help take their fitness to the next level. The class will consist of workouts such as running, circuit training, plyometrics, Insanity, TRX Suspension Training, T25, P90X3, etc. Students will improve their cardiovascular endurance and muscular endurance through various workouts. The goal for students is to lose weight and get in their best shape. Every day will be a new and exciting workout that will challenge each student. This class is designed for any student interested in becoming physically fit.
