In this video Bill welcomes you to the first Newsletter for the Retiree Outreach Program.

As a Retiree Outreach Officer, he is here to help you with anything you may need in your retirement including; help with TRICARE, retirement packages, and more. Feel free to reach out to him with your questions (contact information below).


Additionally, now that the Retiree Outreach Program falls under J9 supervision, we will be keeping you updated with news and information relevant to you. We hope to have a Retiree Appreciation Day in Fall 2022, so keep an eye out for more information to come on that and many other opportunities.

The IDNG Service Member & Family Support Division encompasses a vast range of programs designed to help Service Members, Dependents, Veterans and Retirees with any issue they may encounter. We invite you to take a look at our website and join our Facebook group to stay up-to-date with the latest resources and offers that may benefit you and your family. Additionally, we always welcome feedback on how we can improve our programs to better serve you. You can take this survey to tell us your thoughts!

As of mid-August all Army emails switched from @mail.mil to @army.mil. If you are struggling to get in touch with someone, try changing the last part of their email address. (For example: william.e.fackler.nfg@mail.mil is now william.e.fackler.nfg@army.mil) We hope this helps clear any confusion you may have had about the switch-over!
