Parents! We need your HELP
ALSO- please please please if at all possible help us in keeping students on campus throughout the instructional day. When students are picked up early they miss out on instructional time and this can be detrimental to their learning. Thank you!
Reminders
Students may NOT be picked up for early dismissal after 3:00 PM. Please help us in this matter.
Don't forget we are on a different bell schedule this year. Doors open at 7:45 am with instruction beginning promptly at 8:10 am. Dismissal is at 3:30 pm.
Breakfast and Lunch is free for ALL Students- There is no longer a need for a lunch application this year.
Parking: This year our enrollment is larger than in past years so staff parking is limited. We kindly ask that parents refrain from parking in the side lot.
We also need your cooperation with not parking in our front lot during dismissal if you are a picking up a front door walker. We have a lot of Front Walker parents blocking the parking lot thereby delaying our car riders. Please park on Gladeridge.
KOALA Kare: If the later start time has you in a bind we have a solution that can help. Koala Kare is quality child care held on campus and taught by certified teachers and school staff. The hours are 6:30 am to 6:00 pm. Please visit http://www.koalakare-llc.com for more information.
Dress Code: We will continue with the same dress code as in previous years-
Collared Shirts/Blouses- Red, White or Navy Blue
Short or Long Sleeve
No Logo or Designs
Pants, Jumpers, Skirts or Knee Length Shorts: Khaki, Navy Blue, Blue Denim(Plain-No Designs)
Leggings, Jeggings or Pajama-jeans are NOT Allowed.
Early Dismissal: If for some reason you should need to pick your child up early from school you may do so by bringing an ID to the front office. We will not dismiss students after 3:00 PM due to safety concerns.
Change in Transportation: Changes in transportation can only be done in writing and must be sent to the front office prior to 3:00 PM daily.
Communication: This year we will be using the Student Agendas to communicate daily with parents. Parents will receive daily behavior information in addition to what was learned and any homework or items to do. If an agenda is misplaced or lost there is a replacement fee of $5.
Attendance: Our Official Attendance is taken at 9:45. If your student is not physically present at that time they will be marked absent.
Dress Code: Please be reminded that if a student comes to school out of dress code we will either call you to bring a change of clothes or if available, provide the student with a change of clothes.
Dress Down Days are only on the 2 designated Wednesdays.
Remember the Collared shirts can NOT have any logos.
Bottoms can only be Khaki, Denim and Navy.
