Two Job Roles Available.

IT Solutions Ltd IT Support Specialist

The Role.

The role that you will acquire will begin with you going out with one of our trained technicians who will monitor your progress and asses your knowledge. This will be over a period of 2 weeks at different customer premises, to give you the chance to get to know your surroundings and put a good impression out to your mentor. Once you have been asses you will be warmly welcomed into the company and will spend time helping all of our other technicians.

Skill Requirements

-Good skills when working by yourself or as a team.

-At least 1 year previous knowledge in a similar role.

-Excellent Communication skills.

-Excellent Time Keeping skills

-Positive attitude toward helping others who have issues.


These requirements will be valued by the employer because they will know that the employee is going to se a good impression to clients and always be on time due to their time keeping skills, they will be able to see that you are good at working in a team or individually. They will see that you are positive towards helping clients to fix problems they may have.

IT Service Desk

Do you Want an IT Service Desk job?

If your looking for a friendly workplace where you feel comfortable then this is the Job for you. We provide over the phone support to companies which do not have their own on site technician. We handle all of their IT issues. You will be required to multitask as you may need to be on the phone to the client and remote onto their pc to help them resolve their problem. You will receive any training that is required when you start and complete your two week induction.

Skill Requirements

-Good communication skills at all times

-Able to multitask

-Help customers as much as possible to ensure they are kept happy

-2 years' previous experience within a role similar to this one


These requirements will be valued by the employer because they will know that the employee is going to se a good impression to clients and always be polite, also they will know that they have had previous experience in the role so they will have an understanding on how the job will work.
