Counselor Corner- From Ms. George
BCMS has partnered with a local church to offer Backpacks of Love. Backpacks of Love is a free program that supplies a bag of food every Friday for students that are in need.
If you have any students that you believe may qualify please send me their names. Please do not announce it to the class, I will speak with students individually after receiving names.
If a student in your class receives a bag they will show you a pass to come see me during 5th period on Friday afternoons.

What I'm Reading....
You all know how much I LOVE to read! Right now, I am re-reading nuggets of an AMAZING book I read this summer because I love it! The name of it is Lead Like A Pirate by Shelley Burgess and Beth Houf! It is AWESOME. I am also reading EMPOWER by John Spencer and AJ Juliani. My colleague from Wayne knows John Spencer very well and I am excited to read his work. You can follow him on Twitter at @spencerideas .
