HIGH ABILITY PROGRAM (HAP) GRANT
2020-2021 HAP Grant
2020-2021 HAP Grant
The State of Indiana has experienced budget shortfalls due to COVID-19. This has resulted in a reduction to the High Ability Program statewide allocation. The Indiana Department of Education (IDOE) has worked to ensure all possible funds of the remaining budget are distributed to Local Educational Agencies (LEAs). However, due to this budget reduction and the addition of all Public LEAs in the formula for distribution, each LEA’s allocation has been reduced.
Fiscal year 2021 HAP Grant allocations were sent to the superintendent of each LEA on July 2.
