Define X-ray's
X-ray's are electromagnetic waved with wavelengths ranging from 0.01 to 10 nanometers, corresponding to frequencies in the range of 30 petahertz to 30 exahertz, and energy in the range 100 eV to 100 keV.

The purpose of x-rays is to scan for abnormalities in your body, like broken bones or cancer.
