From Our School Nurses
Dear Parents of Gwynedd-Square,
A few listed reminders for keeping our students safe & healthy at school this year:
Per North Penn School District Medication Board Policy 5146 all medications must be brought in by an adult to the nurse. Absolutely NO medications should be sent in a student's backpack. Please contact the nurse for further medication use/drop-off information. If your child needs new medications kept in the nurse's office for the year, a parent/guardian and the student’s physician must fill out and sign the North Penn Medication Permission form for school and return it to the health suite. Other important health information sheets are listed on the NP Nurses & Health Suite website link
As a reminder for all parents (especially in grades KG-3rd), please kindly send in a change of clothes in your child’s backpack in case of any accidents involving the bathroom, mud/recess, or other instances where clothes may be wet or soiled. There are very limited extra clothes in the nurse's office.
A reminder to please send your child to school in sneakers/proper footwear to avoid accidents/injuries related to gym class and recess. There has been an increase in injuries related to students wearing “Crocs” and sandals/slides for these activities. Please reach out if you have any concerns.
Thank you kindly for your help in keeping our students safe and healthy while at school!

North Penn Suzuki Violin Program
Students in grades K, 1, and 2 have the unique opportunity to learn to play the violin through the Suzuki Method. Early start instrumental lessons help to develop your child's character by enhancing memory skills, perseverance, concentration, discipline, and self-esteem - all while giving them a new talent and love of music! For more information and to register your child, click below!
Orchestra is Back!
This past Thursday, our Gwynedd Square/Inglewood Orchestra had its first rehearsal! We were so excited for all of last year's Beginners to join the ensemble and all students, both new and returning, worked so well as a team. We are looking forward to a great year of making music together. Check out a clip from our first rehearsal below!:
