Hello!
Just another month of spring, but it almost feels like summer. Take a look at some of these tips on helping your teen deal with bullying, "so" wanting to sleep in on school days, feeling like you are losing control of your teen, teaching them practical skills for life and video clips on health careers. For fun, check out the video and the relaxation model for you and your family to practice together. And more! If you are wanting information on a certain topic, resource, or activity, let me know and I will try to find it for you.
Thank you,
Linda Campbell

The relaxation module has been organized so that materials can be handed out sequentially. More advanced skills are built on the preceding foundation. This module includes informational handouts and instructional exercise handouts on abdominal breathing, grounding, relaxation, mindfulness, meditation and tension release. These exercises will assist with stress management and provide a positive benefit to overall physical and mental health.

Dear Graduates - A Message From Kid President
Statistics indicate that one in five students is impacted by mental health issues. These books feature children and adults who suffer from mental distress, anxiety, addictions, and other mental health illnesses that affect their relationships and ability to cope in the world. Hopefully these titles will help children understand a little more about a friend, classmate or family member with mental health problems. – Maria Martella
