Dress Code Reminders

We have noticed an increase in student dress code violations, so we want to make sure parents and students are clear.

  • A solid colored collared shirt (red, white, or black) must be worn at all times
  • The only exception to the collared shirt is on Fridays students may wear a school spirit shirt
  • Uniform bottoms must be black or khaki
  • The only exception for uniform bottoms is that students may wear jeans with either a uniform shirt or spirit shirt on Fridays
  • Fridays are NOT a free dress day for bottoms unless specifically stated as part of a spirit week
  • Gray sweatpants and pajama bottoms are NOT allowed unless it is a spirit week free dress day

South Jackson Park Concerns

It has been brought to our attention that there has been an increase of unsafe adult activity at South Jackson Park.

Please be reminded that the park is not part of our school facility and TJMS does not have the staff to monitor the park after school. The school does not have any control over adults present at the park.

Students should not be gathering unsupervised at the park after school. They should be going home. Parents, please have conversations with your children about community safety and your expectations for them after school hours. Let's work together to keep our students safe.

DSUSD Introduces ClassLink

On Tuesday, February 21, all district apps will shift to the ClassLink single sign-on portal. Students will receive instructions in Advisory Class on how to log in and access the ClassLink portal.
