Florence Family Update

April 13, 2018

Quick Notes

One state test down and two more to go! Thank you to Deborah Fleming and PTA for treating our testing teachers to a delicious soup lunch and snacks!

We are starting our final six week period of the year! It is flying by!!

Monday is a holiday for students! Enjoy the three day weekend!

Please join us tomorrow at the Keller High School football field for the first annual Letterland Day from 10:00 - 1:00. Letterland is a child-friendly phonics program that is utilized throughout Keller ISD to teach reading, writing, and spelling to students in Pre-Kindergarten through second grade. Come meet FES Staff, all the Letterlanders in person, plus enjoy a bounce house, games, and performances from Casa Manana. Admission is free and food will also be available for purchase at the family-friendly price of $1 per item, thanks to concessions provider Sodexo.

McDonald's Night was so much fun! Thank you to everyone who came out to support our Co-Curr team! It is always wonderful for us to visit with out families outside of school!

We want to honor all of you who have been so gracious with your time! Please join us for our Volunteer Appreciation. You can RSVP to your child's teacher! THANK YOU!

Kinder Camp at Florence Elementary

We are looking forward to our first Kinder Camp this year! You can go on our website to find the documents. This provides our students an opportunity to 'experience' school in a fun, exciting way! Please share with your friends. We are looking to have as many registrants as possible by May 11th. This will allow us to staff properly. You can find the registration for Kinder Camp on our website or Facebook.
