Decision Making

When making decisions I tend to follow the Analytical style. I focus on tasks and details, and take a logical approach. I consider every aspect of a given problem. I am motivated by complex situations with variety and challenge. I am skilled in organizing facts and establishing controls. I have a high tolerance for uncertainty. Others may perceive my style as over controlling, impersonal, too careful, abstract, or mathematical, and sometimes too slow. The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows for planning or solving complex problems, such as science or engineering.

Brain Hemisphere

"You have two hemispheres in your brain - a left and a right side. The left side controls the right side of your body and right controls the left half. It's a fact. Therefore, left-handers are the only people in their right minds." Bill Lee

I am concerned with feelings, therefore I have a blue personality type. I think of myself, but I also think of others.
