Earthquakes
Allie Hayhurst
- Before An Earthquake: To begin preparing, you should build an emergency kit and make a family communications plan.
- During An Earthquake: Stay away from glass, windows, outside doors and walls, and anything that could fall, such as lighting fixtures or furniture.
- After An Earthquake: When the shaking stops, look around to make sure it is safe to move and if there is a safe way out through the debris. Then exit the building.
