Health
The current and past treatments people use were getting a social therapist, physical therapist, and many more therapists and having special needs. Also the symptoms of down syndrome are flat facial features, small head and ears, short neck, bulging tongue, eyes that slant upward, oddly shaped ears, and poor muscle tone.
Surgical intervention in children with Down syndrome has a high risk of complications, particularly infection and wound healing problems. Careful anesthetic airway management is needed because of the associated risk of cervical spine instability. Preoperative evaluation for anesthesia must include adequate evaluation of the airway and the patient’s neurological status. Since the 1970s, public schools are required by law to provide a free and appropriate education to children with Down syndrome. Also people with down syndrome have their own ability, talent, and personality. People with Down syndrome benefit from loving homes, early intervention, inclusive education, appropriate medical care and positive public attitudes.
