VENDOR INFORMATION

HELLO VALUED VENDOR,

We are so excited to be able to host you as a vendor at our exclusive event next Thursday, Oct. 15th! It is going to be a great night! Here are a few details you will need to know to make sure you are all prepared for Thursday.

INFORMATION

1. All vendors need to bring their own table. (If this is an issue please let me know and we can get something arranged)


2. There is WiFi at the location, as well as, outlets but these are limited. If you need an outlet please email me back so I can make sure we have that available for your table.


3. Please arrive at 5:00p.m. to give yourself enough time to setup your table. You need to be completely setup by 6:00p.m.


4. Drinks will be available at 6:00p.m. but the kitchen does not open until 7:00p.m.


5. Park all the way at the top of the UTC mall parking structure. This will allow you to bring in all of your belongings much easier. We do get 4 hours of validated parking from Mad House Comedy Club. After 4 hours parking is $2.00 every 15 minutes ($8 an hour).


6. If you have not sent your picture and bio please do so as soon as possible.


7. If you have anything you would like to raffle off or contribute to our Swag Bags that we will be giving to the first 20 guests please let us know.


8. When you arrive check in with us at the BV Enterprises table and let us know if you need assistance bringing in your belongings.
