Summer Ecology Camps 2022
Explore one of the most amazing places in the world, your home. Nurture your relationship with the natural world and your community through fun, hands-on activities in the subjects listed below. The instructor is Peter McCreedy, a Lapeer native who loves mountain biking, swimming, and being in the woods. Peter created the Ecology Camp program in 1996 and loves working with students who want to learn about the natural and cultural history of Michigan. Confirmation will be sent via email after June 3.

(*) The 6th -8th grade adventure program features an offsite canoe trip and bike trip. Bike trip is on the Flint River Trail. Canoe trip is the Flint River. Transportation is the responsibility of participants. Canoes and lifejackets will be provided. Students must have a working bicycle and helmet, or make arrangements to borrow one.
