Principal's Message: Week of May 23rd

Hello Parents and Families:

It is hard to believe this is the last week of the school year! The last day is on Thursday, May 26th and it is a MINIMUM DAY.

The staff and 6th graders had a blast playing in the softball game on Friday. Although the staff were victorious, it was great fun to watch everyone displaying great sportmanship. Thank you to the parents that volunteered and also helped to make the BBQ so wonderful for our 6th graders.

Tomorrow, Monday, May 23rd from 8-8:30 AM, we would like for any parent volunteers to pop into the MPR to pick up a treat as a token of our thanks and appreciation for your service and help this year.

We have Field Day on Tuesday morning. Parents who signed up to help, please don't forget to provide proof of vaccination or a negative test result. It should be a fun morning!

The 6th Grade Promotion will be held in the quad on Wednesday at 8:45 AM. Parents may form a line to the side of the MPR building. Doors to allow families in will be at 8:30. We are so excited to have an in-person ceremony with families this year.

Don't forget that we have new start times for the 2022-2023 school year 7:50 AM - 2:30 PM. We will also hold a Meet Your Teacher Event on Friday, August 5 from 9-10 AM. The first day of school is August 8th.

Thank you for an amazing school year! We look forward to seeing all the wonderful things we will do next year. Have a fun, relaxing, and safe summer!

Respectfully,

Ms. Han
