Check out this special yoga class that brings the gym to your practice. Each class focuses on a specific muscle group as well as lots of core strengtheners and cardio bursts. If you want a challenge and great way to get in shape, this class is for you! Oh yeah, and we'll have some fun while we're at it.

Class is BYOW(eights). 1-5 lbs dumbbells are recommended depending on current strength level. Keep in mind that a little goes a long way in this class! Two months of yoga practice is recommended.

**Class has been extended to 75 minutes to incorporate a better cool down and extra (much needed) savasana time.

About Your Instructor

Anna has been active her entire life. From dance to track to basketball to whatever else she could get involved in, she's always been moving. A few years ago she added a regular yoga practice to the mix in order to regain some lost flexibility and never looked back. She teachers in the Colorado Springs area and is passionate about teaching others how to be fit and healthy. Anna's background includes a BS in Exercise Science, training in strength and conditioning and is an RYT 200.
