Betsy Harris is the Community Relations Liaison for Weymouth Public Schools, a diverse educational district encompassing 11 schools, approximately 6,000 students and 2,255 devoted staff members. Responsible for organizing events, securing resources, and overseeing various programs, Betsy uses Smore to effectively reach all stakeholders.

Adam Harris
Head of Communications & Storytelling, Arlington Heights School District 25

This is Adam’s 10th year working in District 25. He believes deeply in the power of vulnerable and authentic storytelling and how it is a strong tool to connect one’s community to the classroom. Prior to working in District 25, he worked for a Chicago based sports radio station for 8 years.

Dr. Kara Stern has seen school from just about every angle: high school English teacher, middle school principal, fellowship director for math and science teachers across New York City, and head of school at a rural N-12 school. That breadth is what she brings to her work at Smore, where she writes, speaks, and challenges educators to build the kinds of school communities where every student thrives. She holds a Master’s in Education Leadership from Teachers College and a Ph.D. in Teaching and Learning from NYU.
