Managing the mayhem: Smarter communication in the busiest months of the year

In this on-demand session, Dr. Brianna Hogg of Dallas ISD and Dr. Kara Stern share how districts can bring structure and clarity to school-home communication during the busiest months of the year.

From testing windows and enrollment deadlines to performances and end-of-year milestones, spring often brings overlapping priorities that can overwhelm families and staff alike. You’ll see how districts can establish a predictable communication rhythm, align messaging across campuses, and reduce the confusion that comes when every update feels urgent.

Take a sneak peek:

This session is packed with practical frameworks and real-world examples for district leaders who want to streamline messaging at scale, increase visibility into what’s being sent and read, and support campuses with systems that create consistency without adding more work.

Watch now to learn how to:

  • Ensure district and campus messages reinforce each other so families receive clear, consistent information
  • Create a predictable communication rhythm that keeps families informed during testing, events, and enrollment deadlines
  • Streamline overlapping updates into clear, consolidated messaging that reduces confusion and repeat outreach
