News of the Week
January 30-February 3
Important Reminders!
- STEM Day... We had a fun day hearing the book, "Moonshot" about the lunar landing. We then had the challenge of building a tall rocket tower out of marshmallows, Popsicle sticks, pipe cleaners, and straws. It was a a tricky challenge, but we got some towers that stood up! Some pictures are below. Later, we moved to building towers with some of our math materials that weren't so sticky!
- Conference Sign-up Link... The online sign up for our February conference went live today, information is on a yellow paper in Friday folders. I am also open to meeting on other days earlier than that week if you would like, please just e-mail me!
- Picture Day is TUESDAY... We have our individual spring pictures and our class photo on Tuesday at 9:30am, so please try to here! Proofs will go home at a later date for you to order if you wish.
