On August 5, 1962 Marilyn Monroe died of a barbiturate overdose in her Los Angeles in her home. Some people think it was a suicide, others think it was murder.

The Daily Mail claimed the her Doctor Engelberg prescribed her a cocktail of sleeping pills. The doctor lied in the investigation under oath about what drugs he had instructed her to take. Records reveled that Dr Engelberg prescribed Nembutal and Chloral Hydrates.
Media Portrayed Perspective #2
The Daily Mail claimed that Bobby Kennedy ordered Marilyn Monroe's Murder by lethal injection to prevent her from revealing her torrid affairs with RFK and JFK. He did not act alone his brother in law Peter Lawford and her psychiatrist Dr. Greenwood gave her the fatal injection that stopped her heart. Ambulance attendant James C. Hall witnessed the murder.
Media bias explained
Both articles showed bias by headline. The first one said it was a medical negligence. The other one straight out and said Bobby Kennedy ordered for her to be assassinated.

Marxist Criticism was shown in the article because Bobby Kennedy came from a very wealthy family and didn't want there dirty secret to be revealed and shame the family. He did not want the public to know he and JFK had an affair with Marilyn Monroe

Feminist criticism can be used for her because many females thought she was just used as a sex symbol. Men had posters of her and the little white dress became popular with the woman.

Historical criticism can be used for her because people are still trying to solve the mystery of how she died. People today still use her in commercial's and people imitate her.
