Safety Concerns: Pick Up / Drop off

Safety concern: More parents are driving the wrong way on the one way street off of Willow, please adhere to all parking and directional signs at all times. Also we noticed a few cars unattended in the middle of the street can cause traffic to back up and possible accidents. Please do not park in the bus loading zone or in red zone, or turn your hazards on and leave your car double parked and unattended. Safety is our utmost concern, and we thank you in advance for making sure we keep everyone safe and ticket free. Our school neighbors have kindly asked that we remind parents to NOT block their driveways when dropping off and picking up.

Important Pet Reminders

We love seeing you walk your pets to school with your student(s) but we have a few reminders.

  • Pets are not allowed on campus beyond our gates.
  • Pets must remain on city sidewalk.
  • Please deter students from petting animals near campus regardless if they know the pet.
  • Please clean up after your pet.

Returning Next School 2023-2024

Yesterday evening, an email went out to all our TK through 4th Grade families asking them to complete a survey of who will be returning for the next school year. We are currently in the planning stages for the 2023-2024 school year, and while we would like all of our current Emerson families to continue with us next year, we know that there are circumstances that may cause some of you to move away. Each year we have more students applying to our school than we can accommodate, and we have a waitlist at each grade level. Therefore, we would like to know if your child will be returning to Emerson next year. Please complete this form and submit it by April 14th. Please note that this is NOT an official document, and if your child will not be returning to Emerson next year, please be sure to complete the required withdrawal paperwork with our office. Please click the link on the button below to complete the survey if you have not already done so.

Thank you in advance for your time.
