  • Get 8-10 ice cubes
  • A half a cup of strawberries

  • Get a blender and blend it all together until it's smooth

I would say this smoothie is high nutrient dense because there are fruits in it, which has natural sugars in it that are high in fiber and good for your body.

What nutrients are included ?

Water is included because of the ice, and carbohydrates are added because of the fruit and there are three different kinds of fruits meaning the carbohydrates are tripled.
