I wanted to share with you information about opportunities in the summer that can help to improve your daughter's volleyball skills, strength, and team play.

Open Gyms

There will be open gyms on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting June 2nd.

Strength and Conditioning

It's very important to build strength and conditioning during the off season. My expectation is for all girls playing volleyball to attend our weightlifting and conditioning program at Carroll High School.

Schedule starting MAY 27th - July 31st

6:15-7:15 AM - High School Boys Weights
7:15-8:00 AM - 1st POWER SESSION
7:15-8:15 AM - High School Girls Weights
8:15-9:00 AM - 2nd POWER SESSION

9:00-10:00 AM - Junior High Weights


  • July 13th-15th (9am-12pm) - Your daughter has a great opportunity to participate in a camp right here in Carroll with Kim Davis, the UNI assistant coach, and UNI volleyball players. Click here to print out the form and return back to me before July 6th.
  • August 4-7th (6pm-9pm) - Carroll High School Team Volleyball Camp. We will continue our tradition of a "lock-in" at the high school on the last night of camp on August 7th. More information to come.
  • Individual camps at ISU, UNI, ICCC, and others to attend by visiting our team website.


Our first day of practice is August 10th. I know the start date of school is late this year, but it is mandatory to attend practices once we officially begin on August 10th.

Message from Athletic Department

Starting the 2015-16 school year, all athletic forms to participate need to be uploaded online after July 1, 2015.
