Bridled nail tail wallaby is a native Australian marsupial mammal


The Bridled nail tail wallaby is a native Australian marsupial mammal The scientific name for the Bridled nail tail wallaby is Onychogalea fraenata. The Bridled nail tail wallaby are middle size and have a white line that runs down the back of its neck around its shoulders and to the tip of its tail. They also have a horny spur on the end of its tail.


The Bridled nail tail wallaby lives around Dingo in QLD and is very endangered. The Bridled nail tail wallaby needs low shrubs and hollow trees to live in.

The Bridled nail tail wallaby reproduce by having one young each year usually in May. Babies Bridled nail tail wallabies predators and dangers are cars, feral cats and foxes .


TheBridled nail taill wallaby used to be called flash back because of the colour of its coat.

The Bridled nail tail wallby can live 10-12 years in capivity and 6-8 years in the wild. Bridled nail tail wallabies are almost extinct, there are only 400 -600 left
