2. Blended Learning
This workshop will support you in defining your vision of blended learning.

Participants will create and understand what it means to contribute to the development, communication and implementation of a shared blended learning vision.Product

3. Engaging Reluctant Learners
This workshop will allow us to create a shared vocabulary around scholar engagement.
Objectives
Participants will:
- identify the levels of engagement and establish shared knowledge.
- consider levels of engagement in juvenile justice classrooms.
- exemplify design qualities.

4. Communication Tools
Purpose
This workshop will expose you to multiple communication tools that will be used during the Unjammed Fellowship year.
Objectives
Participants will:
- create accounts for Twitter, Slack, and participate in small group hangouts.
- develop a communication strategy that will ensure they are active in the Slack, Google Hangouts, Twitter chats.

5. Cultivating Instructional Design
This workshop will support you in designing effective instruction for a unique group of learners.
Objective
Participants will:
- identify Design Qualities inherent in lesson plans through self-evaluation.
- redesign lesson plans in response to a group of learners.

6. 20% Project
This workshop will provide you with a forum to create a personalized project.
Objective
Participants will create and present a timeline/strategy for blended learning implementation in their 20% project.Products

7. Digital Tools
Purpose
This workshop will expose you to the blended digital tools used during the Unjammed Fellowship year.

This workshop will highlight the Scratch program and the basics for the CEEAS Start From Scratch coding initiative.

Purpose

16. Introductions to School Climate Surveys/Schoolzilla Achievement Data
The purpose of this workshop is to introduce everyone to the School Climate Surveys and to tee-up some key concepts around collecting and analyzing Student Achievement Data.
Objective
Participants will:
- review the School Climate Surveys and walk away with preliminary ideas on how to use the Survey results.
- conceptualize how Student Achievement data can be meaningful and informative and should be collected and analyzed among all participants.

17. Year @ a Glance/RUP/ Digital Citizenship (School)
This workshop will focus on goals for Unjammed State Teams for school year.
Objectives
State Teams will:
- will outline how they plan to deliver a digital citizenship course to students and develop a plan to apply for digital citizenship teacher certification.
- will understand and construct classroom policy, procedures, expectations and a student-friendly Responsible Use Policy.
- be able to clearly articulate the expectations of the Unjammed 3.0 school year.

18. Mini-Observation Walkthrough Tool
This workshop will introduce a walk-thru tool for the blended learning classroom.

This workshop will focus on state teams developing a unified vision for Blended Learning, identifying key barrier(s), and mapping out plan to address them with agency decision-makers.
