How To:

Chocolate Chip Pancakes:


1 1/4 cups flour

1 tablespoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 eggs

1 cup milk

4 tablespoons melted butter

3/4 teaspoon vanilla

1/3 cup chocolate chips

PREP (5 min)

COOK (10 min)

  • Preheat fry pan (griddle or skillet)
  • Combine flower, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt into a large bowl
  • Stir ingredients together so they are as evenly distributed as possible
  • In a small bowl mix together the rest of the ingredients (eggs, milk, butter, vanilla) NOT CHOCOLATE CHIPS
  • Then stir the two mixtures together, adding in your chocolate chips
  • Pour or spoon batter into a pan with your desired amount
  • Flip when top bubbles, then cook for two minutes more
  • Enjoy!
