Chocolate Chip Pancakes:
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup milk
4 tablespoons melted butter
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
PREP (5 min)
COOK (10 min)
- Preheat fry pan (griddle or skillet)
- Combine flower, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt into a large bowl
- Stir ingredients together so they are as evenly distributed as possible
- In a small bowl mix together the rest of the ingredients (eggs, milk, butter, vanilla) NOT CHOCOLATE CHIPS
- Then stir the two mixtures together, adding in your chocolate chips
- Pour or spoon batter into a pan with your desired amount
- Flip when top bubbles, then cook for two minutes more
- Enjoy!
