Course Verification Sheets
All students may access their Course Verification Sheet on their Student Portals on Tuesday, March 13th. Students and parents should review the list of course requests carefully. Students do not need to return these forms unless they are making changes to their listed course requests. If making any changes, students must print out the forms, write down any changes, sign the form (student and parent signature required), and return to the Guidance Office or House Office by Friday, March 16th. To access the report in Portal, student/parent should log in, then click ‘Course Verification Report’ from the menu on the left. Then, enter their username again, and click on the link for ‘Course Verification Report.’ Pick your school from the drop down (student name will appear in the box), and click “Run Report.” Please see the Guidance Website > Program Planning page for a Step-by-Step guide for accessing/printing the Verification report.
AP Exam Registration
Advanced Placement (AP) exams will be given at CB West in May (7th through the 18th). Registration for AP exams opened in My Payments on February 12th, and will close on Friday, March 16th. Questions should be directed to your student’s counselor. For more information about AP Exams, Registration, and important dates and links, please visit the AP Testing page of the Guidance Website.
