Course Verification Sheets
All students may access their Course Verification Sheet on their Student Portals on Tuesday, March 13th. Students and parents should review the list of course requests carefully. Students do not need to return these forms unless they are making changes to their listed course requests. If making any changes, students must print out the forms, write down any changes, sign the form (student and parent signature required), and return to the Guidance Office or House Office by Friday, March 16th. To access the report in Portal, student/parent should log in, then click ‘Course Verification Report’ from the menu on the left. Then, enter their username again, and click on the link for ‘Course Verification Report.’ Pick your school from the drop down (student name will appear in the box), and click “Run Report.” Please see the Guidance Website > Program Planning page for a Step-by-Step guide for accessing/printing the Verification report.
AP Exam Registration
Advanced Placement (AP) exams will be given at CB West in May (7th through the 18th). Registration for AP exams opened in My Payments on February 12th, and will close on Friday, March 16th. All students enrolled in an AP class this year received detailed information about AP exam registration, as well as a bulletin from College Board, through Advisory during the first week of February. Questions should be directed to your student’s counselor. For more information about AP Exams, Registration, and important dates and links, please visit the AP Testing page of the Guidance Website.

Scholarships for Seniors listed in Naviance
There are many local scholarships available to graduating seniors, recognizing achievement in academics, leadership, athletics, community service, and more! All active scholarships and awards are listed in Naviance (Click the “Colleges” Tab, then scroll down to click “Scholarship List.”). By clicking on the name of the scholarship, you can find the description of the award, directions for submission, and the deadlines. Good luck!
The Central Bucks School District offers a standardized testing prep system, ePrep, to all its students. This free web-based program helps students prepare for the PSAT, SAT and ACT. There are practice tests, test-taking tips, and instructional videos that explain how to do the problem(s) that may have been answered incorrectly during the practice session. The link is http://www.eprep.com.
All CB West sophomores have been registered with accounts. They should log in with their CBSD student email and the password eprep2017. Juniors and seniors who are interested in accessing ePrep but do not have an account should contact Ms. Graney in the CB West Library for an account.
