Donde Fashion, the first visual search for fashion that CNN calls “the only shopping app you’ll ever want to use” is looking for a passionate, energetic and skilled Content and Community Manager to join our fast-growing team.
Responsibilities:
Develop engaging content and manage conversations across Donde Fashion’s social media and consumer-facing channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, blog and newsletters
Identify and create programs and promotions to grow community size and increase engagement
Develop and manage relationships with online bloggers, content providers and brands in the fashion and lifestyle categories.
Identify trends and new technology in mobile, influencer partnerships and on-site customer engagement to help us stay ahead of the curve.
Manage paid media on social channels
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, startup culture
1-2 years of experience in content creation and community management, preferably in a startup culture
Strong writing, editing and project management skills
Self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to work independently
Passionate about fashion
Experience with social listening tools, MailChimp, Hootsuite
Mastery of Photoshop A PLUS
Detail-oriented, with an ability to juggle multiple priorities quickly
Preferably holds relationships with bloggers and influencers in the fashion and lifestyle spaces
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, PR, Media Studies, or related fields A PLUS.
