Back to School 80s Dance
We want to say a BIG thank you to our amazing PTO for putting on our annual I Love the 80s Back to School Dance! It was totally rad and everyone had a wonderful time!!
Arrival and Dismissal Reminders
Please make sure to note our policies regarding drop off and pick up. We are fortunate to have 2 car rider lines but the front of the school is not one of them. We do have over 700 students to dismiss so please be patient. Car rider lines are on the playground and cafeteria sides of the school. Front Lane (Will Clayton Pkwy) is for Buses, Daycares and Special Needs classes only, Parents may not park their cars and walk up to the school to retrieve students at dismissal. All students going home by car must be in a car rider line. This guideline will ensure the safety of all students. Please refer to our Traffic Flow Diagrams to ensure an efficient and safe arrival and dismissal for our students. Thank you for your cooperation.
Eagle Points for Parents
If you missed Open House or didn't get a chance to view the Eagle Points for Parents please take a minute to look through them. The Eagle Points are full of important information including everything from arrival and dismissal times and procedures, safety, drop off procedures and locations, dress code, birthdays and more! Be sure to check it out. If you have any questions please contact Mrs. Maldonado or Mrs. Burkhardt.
ADDING CONTACTS IN HAC
Contacts allowed to pick up students must be in HAC (Home Access Center.) If you need to add someone that was not added during annual update, you will need to make a request. All requests must be sent via email to Shannon.Wild@humbleisd.net from the Parent/Guardian’s email address. Please include: student name; name/phone number of the person to be added to emergency contacts.
Full Day and Early Release Dates
We will have 4 FULL DAY releases and 2 HALF DAY releases this year. Please mark the following dates on your calendar:
September 23, November 1, February 17, March 16
Students will NOT attend school on these dates.
We will have early release on December 20 and May 29. All students will be released at NOON on these dates.
Water Bottles
Nurse Amanda, Nurse Stephanie and Coach K would like to remind you to please make sure you bring a water bottle everyday. It is very hot out side and while outside we take frequent water breaks to prevent any type of dehydration and heat exhaustion. Please make sure that water bottles are labeled. If you have any questions please feel free to contact Nurse Amanda or Nurse Stephanie at 281-641-3105
Eagle Shout Out
Would you like to send a special Shout Out to your student or a staff member at ESE? Shout Outs can be purchased for $5 with all money going to the ESE technology department and will be featured on the Eagle Student News. Shout Outs are great for birthdays, thank you notes, good luck, special wishes, congratulations, etc… The new is recorded in advance so make sure to submit your Shout Out Form and money at least one week in advance to ensure that it will air on the correct date. Please contact Kasey Davis with any questions.

We Love Our Volunteers
We LOVE our volunteers but we are serious about keeping our kiddos safe. District policy states that all those who wish to volunteer must fill out an application every year. Start your application today!
Bring Your ID
The safety of our students is a top priority! Anyone visiting campus must present a valid ID. Also, please be sure that when doing your annual update you list any emergency contacts that you give permission to pick up your student. We will no longer use the enrollment cards as in the past and will only use the information you provide in the update.
New PTO Website
PTO is so excited to launch their brand new website this year! Please check it out and register your family. Once you have registered you will be able to purchase: Spirit shop items, PTO Membership dues, Party Funds, and register to Volunteer to help for school events. All Spirit Shop items will be delivered to classrooms once the school year starts.
Please note that this year all PTO items MUST be purchased via the website and we will NOT be collecting any other form of payment.
