2023-2024 School Year :: Week of December 18, 2023
A Message from Mrs. Hankins
JSE Families and Friends,
This is the last week before Christmas break and our last week of the 2023 year! They say time flies when you're having fun, and boy- has this month flown by!
I have the great pleasure of getting into classrooms and seeing all of the great learning, conversations, and collaboration our students and teachers are having. This month I've seen many students learning about holidays around the world and different cultures. The common theme in these holidays is celebrating the light and love of family and friends, bringing cheer and taking care of others, and reflecting on time together as well as good things ahead.
During this holiday season, I just want to let you all know how much I appreciate each of you, your children, and the great things at UTSC. We have a very special community, and it's because of the amazing people in it who love and care for others. Keep your lights shining!
You are loved at JSE,
Mrs. Hankins
