Organizations will receive new rewards for each level of challenges met. In order to earn STARS rewards, organization members will participate in activities that are designed to help them learn, grow, and achieve success. Download a copy of the STARS brochure here. All participants that meet and/or exceed 50 points during the Fall and Spring semesters earn a certificate in April. You will be awarded your certificate at the Student Activities and Leadership Awards Banquet in May. Points are accumulated from the beginning other Fall semester and conclude with final events in April. Points do not carry over each year with the exception of the leadership conferences and seminars.
Students who are interested in a deeper, more committed leadership program can apply to become a Diamond Leader. The department reviews applications after final submissions are made at the end of March for students who meet all of the program requirements. Diamond Leaders are notified in mid-April of their acceptance to the program.
