We are always happy to assist you, as a Wholesale Member, with questions, extra ideas, handouts, teaching essential oil classes, etc.

Membership Account Information
Your Member ID is a # and your password to access your virtual office are the last 4 digits of your social security number. (xxxx)

Setting Up a Loyalty Rewards Order:
Inside the virtual office, you will see "My Loyalty Rewards Orders" on the top right side. This is where you set up your monthly orders, and how you get the "Frequent Flyer" points for your orders. Inside the Loyalty Rewards menu, you can add things to your monthly order or change it around. It allows you to manually change it every month if you want and customize it to what you want. Also, you can change the shipment date. Just remember that if you don't change it - it will send you the previous months order. This is the best way to order products. The Loyalty Rewards Program is what will get you your points to redeem for FREE products.
About the Product of the Month Club - if your order is 125 PV or more, and set to ship on or before the 15th, you will get a FREE oil for that month. Sometimes there will be a 200 PV promotion with additional FREE products.
Lastly, a reminder that you need 100 PV on your order to earn commission...and 50 PV to earn points. 1-49 PV holds your current points and % of earning them. Your Loyalty Reward order needs to always have a minimum of 100PV in your cart to earn your weekly commission checks! More detailed information is included below!
Loyalty Reward Benefits and Key Points:
If you always have your Loyalty Reward order set at 125pv or higher and process it on or before the 15th, you are eligible for ALL bonuses. To earn commissions and free product, these things come into play...
Loyalty Reward Order:
$1pv or higher will retain your Loyalty Reward Order points
$50pv or higher will earn points and % advancement
$125pv or higher before the 15th will earn you a free product of the month.
Checking the "personal use box" under the shipping totals will reduce the tax to wholesale prices. Loyalty Reward Program points are posted after the 15th of each month for the previous month's order(s)
Unilevel Commission and Power of 3 are paid monthly on the 15th for the previous month.
A minimum 100pv Loyalty Reward Order must process each month to be paid unilevel commission, your Loyalty Reward Order cart does not have to remain above 100pv on your template at all times to earn unilevel or power of 3 as long as an order processed for 100pv in the month.
Fast Start Bonus
Fast Start Bonus checks are mailed out weekly for the previous week.
100pv Loyalty Reward Order must be on the template at all times for Fast Start bonus:
if you enroll someone and your template is below 100pv you will not receive the fast start bonus. This is why people often advise to just leave 100pv in your cart at all times, so you never miss out on a bonus.
